Privately owned PCN Projects, established in 1995, is dedicated to developing strategically located, economically viable projects in Australia and internationally. Based in Brisbane, PCN also has a significant presence in South Africa. Through its core activities in property development, investment, project marketing and property management, the group has developed mutually successful relationships with investors, purchasers and tenants of its diverse, mixed- use, residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects. The PCN Projects combines a thorough understanding of the science of property development with a commitment to delivering enduring quality that enhances both investment and the built environment.

PCN Projects will be acting as the development co-ordinator on behalf of Alderley Village Pty Ltd, ATF Alderley Village Unit Trust, a private group of investors.
